Individual "live" video presentations at the stands of nearly 50 exhibitors, trade fair promotions available only online, as well as: free webinars, exciting debates and expert consultations – will be the major part of VDE by CEDE – the first Virtual Dental Exhibition in Poland. It will be interactive, creative, safe and free of charge.
Virtual Dental Exhibition by CEDE (www.vcede.vfairs.com) will start on September 24. The Virtual Dental Exhibition will last a month, but only the first three days in the "live" formula.
– From 24 to 26 September, everyone, whether a dentist, technician, hygienist, assistant or dental practice manager, will be able to test a completely innovative form of participation in a dental fair – without leaving home or office. Everything we know from trade fair trips will be available through any device with Internet access – assure the Organisers from Exactus.
At booths in three virtual pavilions exhibitors’ representatives and experts will be waiting for the visitors. Each of them will be available to chat or connect in audio/video mode with just one click. Many representatives will not only talk about products, but also present how they work straight from company showrooms. Moreover, it will be possible to download materials with the exhibitor's offer to a private briefcase.
– We say "no" to carrying kilos of leaflets, we say "yes" to ecology. You choose only those brochures, films, photos that are really of interest to you, and then send them to email – explain the Organisers. The collection of all files made available by the exhibitors will also be accessible in the Resources and Video Vault in the lobby.
Educational projects are an inseparable element of every dental exhibition. With VDE, it will be no different. The scientific programme in the form of publicly available, free webinars will be created by such companies as, among others: Hol Dental Depot, Philips, Indent, Meditrans, Dr. Wolff Group or Ansell. There will also be unique debates devoted to: hate on the Internet, designing a career path, dental care during pregnancy and green dentistry. During and after the webinars, experts will answer audience questions.
During VDE participant can visit as many booths as he or she has the time and willingness and listen to the webinars, which will be available "on demand" from September 27 until October 25. During this time, however, no direct interaction with company representatives, experts or lecturers will be possible.
Also invited to VDE are patients who will take part in the project: Health starts in the mouth. The leaders of the most important patient organisations in the country will take part in the online meeting prepared jointly by Exactus, Polish Dental Association and the Institute of Patient Rights and Health Education.
VDE by CEDE partners are: GSK, Polish Dental Association and Dental Tribune International. Honorary Patronage over selected projects has been taken by, among others, the Patients’ Ombudsman and the Institute of Patient Rights and Health Education.
The traditional edition of CEDE – if the epidemic situation allows – will take place on December 3-5 in Łódź, Poland.
